Areas of Therapy

You may be wondering whether therapy can help in your situation. The answer is almost certainly "Yes". We have outlined below some of the most easily defined areas in which the right therapy can be of enormous help. For many people this does not need to be a long process. A short, appropriate intervention can make an enormous difference. For evidence of this please refer to our testimonials.

However, not all situations are easily defined. Life is complicated and over a lifetime each of us face many transitions which both challenge us and give us opportunity to grow. Facing change, whether internally or externally driven, is one of the most difficult things in life. It is not always something we immediately want to share with friends and family even if they are available and have time. Sometimes, what seems good, is to dedicated time to ourselves with someone outside our situation who has the professional tools and expertise to support us as we explore what is going on in our inner world.

You may not be sure what the issues are or why you are even considering therapy. It may seem like a frightening or daunting process to you. This is perfectly normal. In our free 20 minute consultation we can give you the information that will help you decide whether this is the right thing for you at this time.
