I wonder how many people turned to this page first?
In spite of its naturalness there is still in many countries a sense of shame and hiding away when it comes to sex.
Sadly there is also often too much abuse that goes on - where one controls another in whatever form that takes.
Sex is meant to be with all parties consenting and of such an age that they have an understanding of what they are getting into. If either of these things are missing then abuse can take place.
Done rightly of course it isnt just about technique - if you think that sex is simply to do with that then you will have missed out on so much more!
Sex at its best involves communication and expression (which is why some people reduce it simply to the physical) and also for the really lucky a spiritual aspect - seen in practices such as Tantra.
So the ideal is to involve as much of you as a human being in this intense union that can create such feelings of pleasure - with a concentration on the journey and not the end result.
Spend time concentrating on what you do along the way and not only will the journey be more enjoyable but the end result will be far better! Don't be like children in car journeys crying "Are we there yet??" - for if you are then you are not experiencing sex in all its fulness!
